Founder/Managing Partner
Philip, the visionary behind ProSource Roofing & Renovation, has been a cornerstone of the construction industry since the early 1990s. Beginning his career in DeLand, Florida, he has faced and overcome countless challenges, using each as an opportunity to grow and refine his craft. Through perseverance and dedication, he has built a reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality services that exceed client expectations.
As a licensed roofing contractor and general contractor, Philip brings decades of expertise to every project. He has continually adapted to industry trends, embracing new technologies and techniques to stay ahead. His commitment to excellence and relentless pursuit of improvement are the driving forces behind the company’s success. Currently, he is expanding his skill set by studying for his pool contractor's license, demonstrating his dedication to providing comprehensive solutions for his clients.
Philip’s biggest motivation comes from his family—his daughters and his wife, who has supported him throughout his journey and helped him achieve success. His leadership is also rooted in a passion for quality, innovation, and integrity. He fosters a company culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and customer satisfaction. These principles have been key to the growth of ProSource Roofing & Renovation, ensuring it remains a trusted name in the industry. Under his guidance, the company continues to set new standards for excellence.
Outside of work, Philip enjoys tinkering with vintage vehicles and tools, embracing his love for craftsmanship and hands-on projects. This passion for restoring and improving things reflects his dedication to perfection in both his professional and personal life.

Tabatha is an integral part of ProSource Roofing & Renovation, bringing her diverse experience and unmatched skills to the forefront of the company. With a career spanning multiple industries across Florida, she has cultivated a broad perspective that allows her to navigate and excel in any situation. Tabatha landed in DeLand about five years ago, where she quickly became an essential member of the local business community.
Known affectionately as the "brains of the company," Tabatha is a self-proclaimed "Numbers Nerd" who thrives on tackling challenges with precision and creativity. Her knack for understanding complex data and turning it into actionable insights is a foundation of ProSource’s success. A fierce leader with an unwavering determination for success, Tabatha is deeply committed to helping others achieve their goals. Her love for people and genuine passion for making them happy define her leadership style. She is quick-thinking, incredibly talented, and endlessly resourceful, always finding innovative ways to drive the company forward.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tabatha is a proud mom with a strong passion for dirt track racing. She helps manage her husband's race car business, balancing her leadership role at ProSource with her hands-on involvement in the racing world. Whether she's cheering from the pits or supporting the team, her enthusiasm for the sport adds a fun, competitive edge to her dynamic personality.

Madison Dion,
General Manager
Madison, a DeLand native, was born and raised in this vibrant community and has a deep love for the area that shapes her personal and professional life. As the glue that keeps ProSource Roofing & Renovation running smoothly, Madison oversees everything from permitting and office management to scheduling and more. With a degree in business management and administration, she brings over five years of expertise in the construction industry, including pool construction, landscaping, solar, and roofing.
What drives Madison is her passion for the industry. She loves every aspect of construction and finds joy in helping people, whether it's assisting clients or contributing to the success of the company. Always seeking innovation, Madison is constantly looking for ways to help the business stand out and grow.
In addition to her operations role, Madison is a whiz at digital marketing and design. She loves creating things, from eye-catching campaigns to compelling visuals, and is always exploring new ways to showcase the company’s brand online.
Deeply rooted in her community, Madison is actively involved in local charities and outreach programs, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally. Her dedication to her hometown of DeLand drives everything she does, and she takes great pride in contributing to the success and growth of her community.

Over the past few years, we’ve transitioned to focus primarily on roofing solutions, providing expert installation, repairs, and replacements to homeowners and businesses in the Greater Orlando area.
Within the last year, our Founder, Philip, has stepped back from daily operations to allow “the girls” – our incredible, skilled team – to take the lead. This dynamic shift has allowed us to grow stronger, more innovative, and deeply connected to the people we serve.
